Logically it seems that leaders will naturally lead in any situation, however, an effective leader knows how to take direction and follow when needed in any situation. A leader will simply rise to the occasion when needed to lead within a given situation.
  • To lead is to manage well. This is a common statement that is widely misleading. One can be a great leader and have effective strategies to do so, however; lack the knowledge to manage a classroom or situation.
